Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- To achieve budgeted levels of sales and gross margins by formulating and implementing effective sales and marketing plans for brands handled.
- To effectively position the brands by assessing the market characteristics, competition and pricing strategy in order to pursue higher sales turnover and profit margins.
- To effectively liaise with principals on brand and sales objectives by establishing a close working relationship, understanding Principal's key brand strategy and implementing key brand objectives.
- To work closely with the sales team on brand/product selling messages by implementing effective brand/product promotional programmes and creative campaigns.
- To meet and satisfy the sales demand for stocks at optimum costs by planning and forecasting monthly and yearly sales budgets and ensuring smooth supply and delivery from Principals.
- To ensure advertising and promotional costs are in line with agreed budget by constant monitoring and control of costs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in &Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG industry
- Good communication skills (both external & internal)
- Good team player and able to multitask
- Must be mature, passionate and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Manage key accounts by working with buyers, conducting campaigns, negotiating and executing merchandising excellence
- Conduct quarterly key account business review
- Manage designated sales personnel by conducting field training and coaching
- Review key accounts aging and collection status to minimize dispute and late payments
- Monitor trade returns
- Provide quality input to marketing initiatives and assist in formulation of strategic sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business or any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in key account Management in FMCG industry
- Good command of English and able to communicate effectively with key accounts buyers
- Good leadership skills and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be mature, passionate and able to work independently
- Must be able to multi-task and good in following through
