  • 8 nos chicken part
  • 1 nos onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1 inch slice ginger (sliced)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 5 tbsp TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp TABASCO® Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 500ml cooking oil

Directions Icon DIRECTIONS

  • Deep fry chicken until half cooked and set aside.
  • Sauté onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass until fragrant.
  • Add in TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce, TABASCO® Pepper Sauce, oyster sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Pour a little bit of water if gravy too thick.
  • Lastly season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot.
