  • 350g Fish fillet
  • ½ Green bell pepper, Red onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple cube
  • 4 tbsp TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey, Black pepper, Cornstarch, Oil

Directions Icon DIRECTIONS

  • Marinate fish fillet with black pepper, coat with cornstarch and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Sauté red onion, carrot, and green bell pepper. Add in TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy sauce and honey.
  • Add fried fish fillet, and pineapple cube as finishing.
