Preheat the oven to 120°C (or 250°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in light brown sugar, golden syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil without stirring, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in TABASCO® Pepper Sauce, paprika powder, and baking soda.
Combine cornflakes in a large bowl. Pour the caramel mixture over the cornflakes, ensuring an even coating.
Spread the mixture over the prepared baking sheet and place it in the oven for 45 minutes.
Stir the cornflakes every 15 minutes to ensure an even coating. Let it cool before serving.
