  • 3 tbsp TABASCO® Pepper Sauce
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup Light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Golden syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp Paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • 6 cups Cornflakes

  • Preheat the oven to 120°C (or 250°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in light brown sugar, golden syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil without stirring, about 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in TABASCO® Pepper Sauce, paprika powder, and baking soda.
  • Combine cornflakes in a large bowl. Pour the caramel mixture over the cornflakes, ensuring an even coating.
  • Spread the mixture over the prepared baking sheet and place it in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • Stir the cornflakes every 15 minutes to ensure an even coating. Let it cool before serving.
