  • 1 bottle TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 tbsp TABASCO® Pepper Sauce
  • 400g Minced chicken
  • 125g Cooking oil
  • 500g Ground peanuts
  • 800g Water
  • 2 tbsp Dried prawn
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 3 Shallots
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Galangal
  • 100g Palm sugar
  • 200g Brown sugar

Directions Icon DIRECTIONS

  • Blend dried prawn, lemongrass, shallot, garlic, and galangal.
  • Heat the oil and sauté all blended ingredients.
  • Add minced chicken, TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce, and TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. Cook until combined.
  • Add water and ground peanuts.
  • Pour in brown sugar and palm sugar. Cook until the gravy is thickened. Season with salt.
  • Serve hot with Satay and Nasi Himpit.
