Chips

  • 24 Popiah sheets
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 litre cooking oil

Coating

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 bottle TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp TABASCO® Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame

Chips:

  • Roll popiah sheets with chopstick.
  • Make into long cylinder.
  • Glue it with flour and water mixture.
  • Then cut into desired length and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Set aside.

Coating:

  • In a pan, melt butter.
  • Add in all ingredients except toasted sesame.
  • Cook the sauce mixture until thicken.

Assemble:

  • Pour popiah into the sauce mixture and coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle sesame as garnishing.
