1 medium scallion (chopped, white and green parts separated)
2 teaspoons TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce
2 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Paprika
DIRECTIONS
Place tofu block between some paper towels and press to absorb extra water.
Repeat until tofu feels dry and no more water comes out. Slice across in half lengthwise and then into cubes. Coat evenly with corn flour.
In a large bowl stir together light soy sauce, TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce, sesame oil, white part scallion, TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce, honey and paprika.
Pan fried the coated tofu with oil until golden brown. Then pour in the sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Garnish with green part scallion.
