  • 300g Eggplant
  • ½ Garlic, Bird eye chilies
  • 2 tbsp TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce, Oil, Cornstarch

Directions Icon DIRECTIONS

  • Coat eggplant with cornstarch and pan fry both sides until soften.
  • Sauté garlic, add in TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce and soy sauce. Then add fried eggplant.
  • Serve hot and garnish with chopped chilies.
